About HungerBox
HungerBox was founded in 2016 by industry veterans Sandipan Mitra and Uttam Kumar. With a presence in 18 cities across India, serving over 150 clients, including marquee MNCs, we have processed over 150 million orders and manage more than 600 cafeterias nationwide. Our comprehensive technology solution for end-to-end F&B management has digitalized the corporate F&B operations, enhancing the provider-consumer experience and enabling greater transparency.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning client acquisition strategies, successfully onboarding corporate catering clients, cold calling, lead generation through various sources, and value selling to CXOs, Head – HRs, Admin, Facility managers, etc. Key competencies required include strong business fundamentals, corporate sales experience, especially in the hotel/hospitality industry, excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of technology and business. The ability to connect with people across teams & levels, willingness to travel extensively within a city, and adaptability are also essential.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years+ relevant experience of corporate/B2B sales with working relationships that can be leveraged for future sales. Experience in a start-up will be a plus. A minimum Bachelor degree/Post graduate degree in Business management/Hotel Management/B-com/B.Sc from top tier institutions is also required.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹20,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
