We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. This role requires an individual with exceptional sales skills, the ability to identify and qualify leads, and a consultative approach to selling.

The successful candidate will excel at creating new business opportunities and closing deals. They will work closely with our Sales and Marketing team to develop campaigns that drive sales growth.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in quota-carrying sales and management, preferably in an ed-tech firm. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and fluency in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to plan and execute sales campaigns
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-4 years of quota-carrying sales and management experience
  • Prior experience in ed-tech sales is highly desirable
