A Growth and Performance Strategist
Overview:We are seeking a seasoned professional to propel the growth and performance of our products. This role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for assigned products' business numbers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Ownership:
- Own and drive key business metrics for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Data Analytics, Product, Brand, Marketing, and online/offline acquisition teams.
- Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
- Own the GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
- Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
- Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
- Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
- Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
For this role, we seek an experienced candidate with:
- A proven track record in driving growth for tech startups or established brands.
- Experience owning the P&L of a product/category and driving growth in high-performance environments.
- Strong analytical skills, leveraging data to make informed decisions.
- Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
