Job Summary:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the support and management of Service Management (MIM) in a high-stakes environment.

  • The ideal candidate will provide L2 / L3-level technical assistance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adhering to ITIL processes.
  • Key responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, managing changes, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes.
  • Tuning configurations to optimize performance and reliability is also essential, as is coordinating vendor TAC cases and validating post-change health.
  • Maintaining strong documentation and communication with stakeholders is vital, as well as developing an ownership mindset and readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
