  • Job Description:
  • Work with business stakeholders to analyze and review detailed requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, and configure business requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Focus on ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Maps, Event/Alert Management, Asset Management, Performance Analytics, AIOps, Predictive Intelligence, and Integration Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Capturing requirements from business stakeholders and SMEs through demonstrations and workshops.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for development of user stories, configurations, and timely delivery.
  • Configuring modules, developing custom solutions as required through scripting and software development.
  • Preparing high-level and low-level design documents, architecture designs, and technical documentation as specified.
  • Working with the platform team to update technology direction and strategy and managing BAU tasks.
  • Providing value-based assessments and workshops to help maximize business results from the ServiceNow software.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in IT software development, custom app development, and minimum 5 years in ServiceNow implementations, system integrations, and development of ITOM.
  • Hands-on developer experience in scripting, unit testing of NOW platform features, system integrations (REST/SOAP), and expert knowledge on configuring CMDB, CSDM model, configure Discovery, Service Mappings with Impact, Root Cause Analysis, and Event, Alert, Incident Management rules.
