Identity Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing identity lifecycle operations, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access control, and identity governance.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Identity Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support for IBM ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and IBM TDI (IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISIM and TDI environments.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to ISIM/TDI environments, both in production and non-production setups.
  • Manage identity data, ensuring secure and efficient flow of identity and access information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience working with IBM ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and IBM TDI (IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator).
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISIM and TDI environments.
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, and governance.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and experience with integration protocols.
