Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Client Servicing Specialist to manage day-to-day client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
About the Role:
- Support senior team members in managing client relationships.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and communicate effectively.
- Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for client meetings.
- Work closely with creative and digital teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and update clients regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
