Job Overview

The HR People Partner will provide critical support services to the business within a country/group of countries. This role will lead and drive HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with local legislation, in collaboration with Strategic HR Business Partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Strategic HR Business Partners to plan and manage project demand across the function.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitate conflict resolution, and proactively improve relationships. Manage relationships with Employee Representative Bodies. Develop the ER strategy.
  • Deliver Case Management services to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities. Analyze data and activity to provide insights for development improvements.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor laws and organizational regulations.
  • Drive improvements to HR policies aligned with business requirements and local market changes.
  • Facilitate an effective onboarding process for new employees.
  • Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making across all levels of the business.
  • Drive initiatives to measure and enhance employee engagement, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
  • Manage employee-related activities during business restructuring, such as Employee Relations, exits, redeployment, and support activities.
  • Manage TUPE in/out employee-related activities supporting business acquisitions and transitions.
  • Collaborate with Reward CoE to facilitate Annual Pay Reviews.
  • Support Strategic HR Business Partners in workforce planning activities.
  • Determine the right location and office attendance strategy with Strategic HR BPs.
  • Implement DEI strategies and foster inclusive workplace environments.
  • Adhere to risk and compliance management protocols across all HR initiatives.
  • Create wellbeing priorities for the local business.
  • Lead the People Operations service to support employees and managers on operational issues.
  • Develop the HR Team to deliver excellent services to the local business.
  • Closely collaborate with OHS SPOC to monitor various situations.
