Unit HR Head Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with experience in leading teams and driving business results.

  • Partner with Unit leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives that support business goals.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.
  • Implement the Continuous Performance Management System, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop them through the Talent Development Centre.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR to ensure employee participation in Individual Development Plans at Units.
  • Drive Recognition and Rewards programs to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition for the Unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee Onboarding and integration process for new hires.
  • Identify training needs within the Unit and conduct training programs in collaboration with Corporate L&D.
  • Lead and mentor the Unit HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate + MBA in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven team leadership skills with ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
