Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Leader

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence in HR Operations, standardizing processes and managing senior HR leaders across various locations.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR operations framework aligned with the company's long-term goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end HR Operations, driving process standardization and efficiency.
  • Managing and mentoring Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams to ensure seamless execution of HR strategies.
  • Driving implementation and governance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Ownership of Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation.
  • Strengthening and scaling HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions.
  • Proactively handling grievance redressal, workplace practices, and policy implementation to foster a positive work environment.
  • Defining and implementing best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience.
  • Acting as a key liaison with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and business heads.

Qualifications include:

  • Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations, with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and efficiency.

Required skills include:

  • Strong experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations.
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design, and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, while managing complex operational details.
  • Experience reporting to CXO/CHRO level leadership.
