Job Title: Business Development Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Human Resources Specialist to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and office administration.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through various platforms and developing job descriptions.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, preparing interview materials and facilitating a smooth process.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting training sessions.
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, utilizing HRIS systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, aligning them with company goals.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events, promoting a positive work culture and fostering teamwork.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management processes, providing guidance and resources to employees.
  • Contribute to general office administration, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business development and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
