Human Resources Manager Position

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to oversee the entire HR function for our organization.

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through initial screening, personal interviews, and telephonic interviews.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new joiners.
  • Assessing training needs and providing training, counseling, and coaching to employees.
  • Cultivating a healthy working culture within the organization.
  • Carrying out administrative duties and developing HR strategies aligned with our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  2. Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  3. Maintaining pay plans and benefits programs.
  4. Being involved in candidate assessment, screening, and profiling of relevant profiles for respective roles.
