Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Human Resources Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience, where you will be exposed to end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

In this role, you will assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and internal databases, coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers, and support onboarding activities including documentation and orientation.

You will also maintain and update employee records and HR databases, assist with employee engagement and training program coordination, and handle routine HR administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), and have eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Apart from gaining valuable work experience, you will also have the opportunity to participate in maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in HR processes.

  • Skill Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations.
