Customer Service Representative

Required skills and qualifications:

- 0–2 years of experience in customer support (voice process)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language
- Good listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
