Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic international customer service team as a Customer Service Representative.
The role involves handling inbound voice calls from international customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to convey information clearly and confidently.
The successful candidate will be familiar with basic computer applications and customer service software/tools, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In this role, you will work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the service experience, while adhering to company guidelines and quality standards.

- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions
