We are seeking a Female Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support function, you will be responsible for handling customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
- You will take ownership of queries from initiation to resolution, following up and documenting as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues for improved solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide guidance to enhance their experience.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers.
- Prior experience in customer support or call handling is preferred but not essential.
- Able to multitask, adapt, and remain calm under pressure to deliver exceptional results.
