Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to help us deliver exceptional support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress & WooCommerce issues with confidence, utilizing strong knowledge of troubleshooting, debugging, database, and plugins.
- Communicate clearly and patiently with customers through tickets, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and polite support.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the development team to improve products.
- Keep plugin documentation updated with new features and ensure accuracy in customer support tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product releases and collaborate on open-source projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably with WordPress and WooCommerce expertise.
- Strong understanding of AI tools for smarter support is a plus.
