We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

About the Role:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues

- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer support
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk
- Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
