About the Role
  • This position involves interacting with customers through various channels to address their inquiries, concerns and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, chats and other forms of communication in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints by listening actively, empathizing with their issues and offering suitable resolutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customer bases.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred for advanced positions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in call center operations or customer-facing roles.
  • Sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
