Customer Support Role

Please note that fluency in Hindi is required for this position.

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience through live chat or email assistance.
  • Stay updated on the company's platform/product and market trends to effectively manage client inquiries and complaints.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to understand customers' needs and offer constructive feedback and suitable solutions.
  • E nsure seamless frontline operations, flagging any necessary discrepancies or situational risks to management promptly.
  • Pursue continuous improvement to enhance team performance and work efficiency, including overall work processes.
Key Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, mathematics, or business administration.
  • A minimum diploma in business administration with a keen eye for numbers.
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably trained in frontline operations (live chat and email).
  • Advantageous for candidates with experience working in financial institutions, fintech.
  • Demonstrate sharp acumen and a keen eye for numbers and statistics.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi for communication and writing.
  • A great passion to develop knowledge and a long-term career in fintech/crypto trading firms.
  • A team player, committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to clients' requests for assistance.
  • Able to perform 5 days' shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays.
