The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch technical support to clients, addressing software installation and runtime issues, as well as licensing concerns.
  • Owning the long-term vision for the IT-facing components of GT-SUITE, driving feature enhancements that meet evolving business needs and customer expectations.
  • Collaborating closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment of IT-facing product features with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
  • Overseeing concurrent development projects, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Relevant fields of study: Software Engineering, IT Systems, Network Administration, or similar areas.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, product management, or IT-related roles.
  • Prior exposure to customer-facing support roles, particularly in a technical capacity.
  • Experience with software installation, licensing management tools, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and understanding of software installation and configuration processes.
  • Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with global teams.

Additional Qualifications Desired:

  • Experience working with CAE software.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and virtualization.
  • Experience with Agile development methods.
