We are seeking a skilled Technical Application Specialist to join our team.

As a Technical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering expert technical support to our channel partners and users.

This role involves:

  • Providing technical assistance and training to users and partners in India through email, phone, or on-site visits.
  • Offering application support and consulting services to partners and the sales team.
  • Developing and translating technical training programs and conducting courses for partners and end-users.
  • Elevating partners' and users' knowledge of robotics and automation systems.
  • Creating and translating technical documentation.
  • Participating in customer visits, trade shows, and seminars.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering-related field.
  • At least three years of experience in robotics or automation.
  • Proficiency in designing and integrating robotic applications.
  • Experience with conducting seminars and trainings.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or Lua.
