
Technical Incident Resolution Expert

This role involves managing the lifecycle of technical incidents, from identification to resolution. It requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication with customers.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in customer technical support, basic understanding of configuring web-based applications, and foundational technical skills such as SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV. Additionally, they should possess basic programming skills in Java and JavaScript, excellent English language skills (C1 level on the CEFR Scale), fluency in the native language of the country of employment, and strong self-motivation and commitment to continuous learning.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in resolving platform incidents by analyzing technical systems
- Monitoring and responding to platform performance issues
- Maintaining and updating system documentation
- Serving as a point of contact for customers during incident management process
- Supporting the enhancement of internal support processes for better efficiency
- Identifying and suggesting improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
- Effective communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Ability to interpret technical solutions
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle
- Fluency in multiple languages
