Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, issue resolution, and regular business reviews.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential customers, developing leads, and closing deals.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies and optimize sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related field.
