Sales Performance Manager

Ansell, a leading global provider of protection solutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to drive sales growth within the acute healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the acute healthcare segment
- Foster strong relationships with distributors and end-users to promote Ansell's products and services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- 7+ years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the surgical, medical device, or glove industry
- Graduate degree or higher; MBA preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
