**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team at Today Global Developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the sales capabilities of our team by conducting comprehensive training sessions, developing training materials, and providing hands-on coaching.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement training programs to improve overall sales performance of the team. Create customized training modules for both new and experienced sales professionals.

- Teach effective sales techniques, negotiation tactics, and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies tailored to real estate.

- Conduct product training for newly hired sales professionals, ensuring they understand the company's processes, products, and compliance regulations.

- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to sales managers to help them meet and exceed targets.

- Stay updated on real estate trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes, and impart this knowledge to the sales team.

- Organize sales role-playing sessions and scenario-based training to improve real-time decision-making skills.

- Regularly review sales data and team performance metrics to identify training needs and areas of improvement.

**Requirements:**

- 6+ years of experience in sales training or coaching roles

- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, sales processes, and negotiation techniques

- Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions

- Certification in Sales Training (preferred)

**Estimated Salary:** ₹18-22 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
