Key Responsibilities:
• Understand customer sales requirements and produce quotes within agreed timelines;
• Build connectivity checks, procure OLO cost from third party suppliers, and price using Colt pricing tools, offnet supplier tools, price books, price lists, discount rules etc;
• Communicate with sales on regular basis and update work instructions as per business and process requirements;
• Create and maintain internal process documentation, administrative logs, and report to management on regular basis;
• Send offers to sales customers and report quotes accurately to link quote when offer is accepted to an order;
• Participate in system, tool, and process changes, adopting new ways of working;
• Keep apprised with new products and technologies;

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunication, IT, or relevant field;
• Strong knowledge of business processes, cost analysis, financial analysis, pricing, relationship management, and technical tools and products;
