Job Summary

As a Tender and Quote Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the complete modality work of IS/Ultrasound / MATC for central accounts and GEM Portal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit tenders online and offline, including EMD, Price Approval in Sofon, Compliance Left Side, and other relevant documents as mentioned in the tender.
  • Regular Updates: Regularly check the website for new tenders and update them in Tender Trackers.
  • Purchase Order Management: Punch purchase orders after taking all required approvals and Sofon approvals.
  • Customer Communication: Prepare and submit documents to customers as per required PO/SO (i.e. Agreements, PBG, PI, etc).
  • New Customer Code Creation: Create new customer codes/unblock SAP IN90/DX96.
  • Letter Drafting: Draft letters as per requirement (Tender LC Amendments, Amendment, Acceptance, Demurrages, etc).
  • Shipment Clearance: Prepare and follow-up with customers/ internally for shipment clearance documents.
  • Payment Claiming: Prepare and submit documents to customers for claiming payments.
  • Sales Report Tracking: Prepare and monthly update sales report trackers (i.e. OIT Tracker).
  • PowerPoint Presentations: Prepare PowerPoint presentations as per requirement.
  • Data Correction: Correct and update data in CR Tool for orders and revenue.
  • Vendor Code Creation: Create vendor codes in OSCAR Team CME/Sponsorship's/Buyback's.
  • Commission Payout: Process commission payouts.
  • MAF Preparation: Prepare MAF and other required docs provided to Channel Partner for tenders quoting on our behalf - If any.
Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:

  • Catalogue Upload.
  • Payment Processing.
  • New Category Creation for different modality.
  • Product Updating/Deletion as per specification, updates to existing products (price revisions, stock updates, and specification changes).
  • MRP Updating.
  • DP Extension for order.
  • Uploading PBG on the GEM portal as per the order requirements.
  • Update Invoice/E-way for payment processing on GEM & CRC Generation.
  • Authorization Code Generation for CP for product, Product approval on GEM.

We believe that we are better together than apart. Our office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week.
