
Customer Service Liaison

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or other forms of communication as per client requirements.
The position involves resolving routine problems related to our products or services while ensuring that the service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). To accomplish this, you will need to:
- Probe for understanding using decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to customers
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport with customers
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
- Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate
- Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree in any discipline may be preferred depending on job requirements
- Courteous with a strong customer service orientation
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, be flexible, and adapt to changes quickly
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Patience in all customer contact simulations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
- Ability to rotate shifts as needed
- Additional experience/skills may be required based on location/program
