About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including correspondence, phone calls, and meetings.
- Education: Diploma or graduation in any stream with 2-3 years of experience in customer management.
- Skills: Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate and coordinate work.
