As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about our product and service. Your ultimate goal is to provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships between them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain our program to US customers via phone calls.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our classes.
- Take trial classes to potential students.
- Manage client relationships, take feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Establish and expand relationships with clients based in the US and UK.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
- A pleasant personality to engage in meaningful conversation.
- Good communication skills and a good listener.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of US localization is desirable.
- Understanding of US Accent is a plus.
