Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain our program to US customers via phone calls.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our classes.
  • Take trial classes to potential students.
  • Manage client relationships, take feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Establish and expand relationships with clients based in the US and UK.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
  • A pleasant personality to engage in meaningful conversation.
  • Good communication skills and a good listener.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of US localization is desirable.
  • Understanding of US Accent is a plus.
