Channel Sales Manager
We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying and developing channel partner relationships, providing sales support, and expanding business opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
• Identifying Real Estate Channel Partners based on business requirements
• Establishing professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Coordinating the involvement of company resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
• Meeting targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
• Leading joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
• Assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis
• Selling through partner organizations to end-users in coordination with partner sales resources
• Managing potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally
• Ensuring partner compliance with partner agreements
• Driving adoption of company programs among assigned partners
• Recruiting new qualifying partners
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Thorough understanding of the industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexible to travel to partner locations
- Solution-oriented outlook
- Ability to build lasting relationships
