Job Description

This role requires a proactive and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of marketing strategies for our ortho therapy brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering operational plans that optimize return on investment for Alkem Labs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor business performance and external environment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as required.
  • Liaise with external agencies to deliver initiatives for the brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve optimal results.
  • Lead and develop a team to achieve team goals, focusing on excellence in customer insights, disease understanding, and market awareness.
  • Serve as brand champion, fostering enthusiasm and focus internally and externally.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management in ortho therapy.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience.
