Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-impact leadership role, driving the growth of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and developing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify top-performing advisors and business associates in assigned territories through career seminars, presentations, and meetings.
  • Understand the value proposition, onboarding process, and regulations related to these advisors and business associates.
  • Hire and onboard top advisors and business associates by conducting career seminars and presentations, and meeting defined recruitment plans.

Drive Sales and Recruitment: Drive sales from the team of top advisors and business associates, ensuring quality of sales by maintaining persistency standards of the channel. Adhere to desired input behaviors to drive sales and recruitment.

Manage Field Operations: Coordinate with operations and DSDO for sales and recruitment. Periodically train and develop partners for new product launches and communicate any changes in company guidelines/policies.

Measures of Success:
  • Consistently meet sales and recruitment plans.
  • Maintain advisor productivity and retention.
  • Adhere to input behaviors.
