Job Title: Business Relationship Developer

We are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Developer to join our team at Yes Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for originating leads and building relationships with senior management of existing clients in the E-commerce, Start-ups, Fintech, and IT/ITES segments.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 0-6 years of relevant experience, with at least 0-3 years in a similar role. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required, while a Master's degree in Finance is preferred.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new client relationships and grow high-quality relationships with senior management of existing clients.
- Analyze banking needs of customers under guidance from reporting authority.
- Cross-sell entire suite of banking products to customers.
- Maintain accurate information regarding liability portfolio, P&L, and cross-sell as part of CRM/portfolio management.
