Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Job Description:As a seasoned professional in client-facing roles, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients across various industries. Your expertise in customer relationship management will enable you to foster strong relationships and address client concerns efficiently.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables with ease. You will also be expected to showcase your understanding of industries such as BFSI, Energy, and Retail.
- Utilize your skills in customer success to efficiently address and resolve client concerns.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Graduates or post-graduates in Marketing, preferably in Advertising or Communications.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising.
- Proven track record of working on integrated campaigns across digital and social media.
