Customer Relations Specialist Role

This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive support.

  • Manage client interactions across various channels, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations, including coordination with dispatch, visibility, and other key groups.
  • Support the setup and management of customer accounts, documentation, and order processing.
  • Address escalated issues and maintain open communication with customers to resolve their concerns.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide guidance on services offered.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer interactions and data within CRM systems.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, or a related field).
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze problems and find solutions with a customer-centric approach.
  • Good knowledge of transportation and logistics industry preferred.
  • Capacity to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
