Business Development Representative

At Signum Hotels And Resorts, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and achieving sales targets through effective prospecting and lead generation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet business objectives and expand our customer base.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
