Telesales Representative Job Description

At Naukripay, we're seeking a skilled Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services and to generate leads for the sales team.
  • Sales Closure: Close sales deals over the phone.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-up and Support: Follow up with customers after purchases to initiate repeat orders and provide customer support.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and monitor records of conversations, including customer feedback, purchase orders, and queries.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and compare competitors' offers.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to address customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
  • Rejection Handling: Handle rejection when making sales attempts.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills, be patient and friendly, and have good time management skills. You should also have great interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
