At Naukripay, we are seeking a skilled Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads: Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services.
- Closing sales: Close sales deals over the phone.
- Maintaining customer relationships: Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Following up with customers: Follow up with customers after purchases to initiate repeat orders.
- Providing customer support: Answer product-related questions and provide customer support.
- Keeping records: Maintain and monitor records of conversations, including customer feedback, purchase orders, and queries.
- Preparing sales reports: Prepare sales reports and compare competitors' offers.
- Conducting market research: Conduct market research to address customer needs.
- Researching products and services: Learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
- Handling rejection: Handle rejection when making sales attempts.
