Key Responsibilities:

As a Telesales Professional at Naukripay, you will be responsible for generating leads by contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services. You will also be closing sales deals over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and following up with customers after purchases to initiate repeat orders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support by answering product-related questions and addressing customer concerns.
  • Maintaining and monitoring records of conversations, including customer feedback, purchase orders, and queries.
  • Preparing sales reports and comparing competitors' offers.
  • Conducting market research to address customer needs and preferences.
  • Researching products and services to learn about their specifications and benefits.
  • Handling rejection when making sales attempts.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have good customer service skills, be patient and friendly, and have good time-management skills. You should also have great interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
