Job Title: Business Development Executive
Company Overview: Ready2help is a leading education company providing guidance to students for competitive exams.
Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive, you will promote our brand and services to schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote our services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
- Visit schools and colleges to introduce our services and programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Attend educational conferences and seminars to represent Ready2help.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the education industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful business relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Salary: Upto 5 LPA
