B2B Oil & Gas Sales Role

We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at Tech Recruit Consultants. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with customers and channel partners to understand their requirements and provide technical and commercial support.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including API standards and pump/compressor applications.
  3. Negotiate sales agreements and achieve assigned sales goals.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow the client/application base.
  5. Manage forecast of bookings and provide data to support projected numbers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas, process pump industry.
  • Knowledge of API 610, API 685, API 682, API 617, API 618, API 614.
  • Technical know-how of pump/compressor applications and market.
  • Good knowledge of techno-commercial negotiations.
  • Experience working across all client types in the Oil & Gas sector.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good presentation skills.

Language: Fluent English is essential.

Salary Range: 50-60k.
