Job Description

Proficiency in using UiPath for test automation is essential. This includes skills like data-driven testing, integration with ALM tools, mock testing, activity coverage, and continuous testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and Maintaining Automation Scripts: Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Test Artifacts: Create test artifacts (test strategies, test cases, traceability matrices, test coverage metrics, etc.).
  • Requirement Analysis: Understand business requirements, analyze new features, and design test plans and scripts for new components, customer-facing solutions, and integrations.
  • Test Design and Execution: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.

Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing, including functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Defect Management: Document detailed defects and bugs, monitor their resolution, and perform post-resolution testing.

Functional, Regression, Integration Testing: Showcase functional, regression, integration, and automation testing skills to protect the system from functionality issues.

Salesforce Quality: Discuss previous issues encountered in Salesforce and describe strategies implemented to enhance the application.

Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications.

SDLC Focus: Emphasize QA and UAT testing within the software development lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve automated tests as product features and enhancements are developed.

CI/CD Experience: Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipeline processes, automated build, and test systems.

API Testing: Hands-on experience with test automation of APIs (SOAP and REST services).

Time Estimation: Provide accurate time estimations for manual and automation QA efforts.

Quality Maintenance: Maintain high-quality manual and automated scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with developers, testing teams, and other stakeholders in a geographically distributed team.

Defect Management: Identify problems, document, and manage defects.

Blocker Communication: Identify blockers and communicate with stakeholders.

Reporting: Report and present test results and demos to internal teams.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce QA testing experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation Framework, especially using RPA UiPath Test Automation tool.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture components - Sales, Service, Marketing, OMS, CPQ clouds.
  • Experience in agile/scrum development methodology.
  • Experience in web application automation.
  • Knowledge of template and components creation, site structure, workflows, and API integrations.
