Job Opportunity: Salesforce Quality Assurance Tester

We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance tester to ensure the optimal performance and functionality of our Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform comprehensive testing including functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce enhancements.
  • Validate complex workflows, triggers, validation rules, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and API integrations.
  • Test various Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall quality.
  • Conduct thorough data validation and migration testing for deployments.
  • Utilize advanced Salesforce testing tools (Provar, Selenium) for automation and efficiency.
  • Document and track defects in project management tools like JIRA.
  • Provide expert support during UAT and post-deployment validation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of QA experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce testing.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities.
  • Proficient in manual testing, with expertise in automation (Selenium, Provar).
  • Experience in API testing using tools like Postman.
  • Knowledge of Apex testing frameworks and Lightning UI testing principles.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce Admin or QA certifications for added credibility.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, GitHub.
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud Salesforce environments for adaptability.
