Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including strong expertise in Salesforce and MuleSoft testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional, integration, and automation testing across Salesforce CRM applications and MuleSoft APIs, ensuring high-quality and defect-free product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations.
  • Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce modules and MuleSoft APIs.
  • Validate API responses, data transformations, and end-to-end workflows.
  • Conduct data migration testing and ensure accuracy in Salesforce and MuleSoft data flow.
  • Utilize Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools for API validation.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Track and manage defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the automation framework using Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar tools.
  • Ensure QA deliverables meet industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall QA experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning).
  • 3+ years of MuleSoft API and integration testing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, ReadyAPI, SoapUI).
  • Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG).
  • Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline testing with Jenkins, Git, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Administrator/Platform App Builder certification.
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) certification.
  • Experience in performance and security testing.
