We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to lead our quality assurance efforts. The role will be responsible for developing test strategies and ensuring the overall quality of our web domain project.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software quality assurance testing, with strong analytical and logical skills to develop comprehensive test plans. Relevant work experience in manual testing of web applications is also required.

The selected candidate will lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, including mentoring and providing guidance. They will be responsible for managing testing for high-traffic and high-visibility client sites, as well as designing and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts.

Additionally, the candidate will oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability and reliability. They will collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance testing, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or computer science, or a related field, is preferred. Certifications in software testing, such as ISTQB or CMMI, are also beneficial.
