Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned automation specialist to lead our quality assurance efforts, focusing on Salesforce and nCino applications. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in test automation frameworks, as well as hands-on experience with Salesforce testing tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Create, execute, and refine automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to review requirements and user stories.
  • Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
  • Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Evaluate and ensure comprehensive test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Design and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
  • Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines for seamless testing and deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Deep knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks.
  • Expertise in API testing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
  • Proficiency in data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
