- Monitor and manage Oracle Retail batch jobs, ensuring reliability and performance through proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve job failures, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Middleware and Oracle Retail applications is essential for this role.
- Functional knowledge of the Retail industry, particularly in supply chain, omnichannel shopping, ecommerce, order management, and logistics, is highly desirable.
- Experience working in complex matrix environments with internal and external stakeholders is necessary for effective collaboration and communication.
