Job Title: Senior Brand Advisor

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Brand Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving engagement, and generating/ converting sales.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the Luxury & design industry and its products and services, and the ability to create a strong positive perception of the brand.


Responsibilities
  1. Generating and converting inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services.
  2. Handle client feedback & grievances professionally and drive solutions to the issues when necessary.
  3. Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand.
  5. Preparation of client briefing documents and timely organizing documents required for client communication.
  6. Prepare presentations & keep database updates all the time.

Requirements
  • Graduate/ Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputed institute.
  • 7+ years of experience (preferably in the Retail Luxury/Hospitality/ Interior Industry).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously.
